In India, management education is witnessing an exponential growth in terms of the number of institutes imparting management education which are known as Business Schools. Choosing among thousands of Business Schools is difficult which is why students go in depth and do their research work. The book focuses on the perception of undergraduates towards the selection of Business Schools in Kolkata. Students need to consider a multitude of factors like Placement Cell, Fees, Infrastructure, etc. It is extremely important to understand the customer needs for designing the products and services. The book also contributes to the knowledge of how the Kano Model and questionnaire are used for prioritizing customer requirements in service industries. The research work has provided considerable evidence to suggest that the Kano methodology could fulfill the promise of providing the service designers with a method to establish the requirements which are most critical to customers. Also, cope up with the dynamic nature of the highly competitive service market with emphasis on the non-linear relationship between customer requirement and customers' requirement fulfillment.
