Good. 1/2 x 1 inch chip off upper corners of first four leaves, 4 inch tear on side edge of 1 leaf, 1 inch tear on side edges of first 20 or so leaves, several lesser tears and chips, paper age yellowed, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked.
