He is an adjunct assistant professor at Uniformed Services University, an associate editor of the Western Journal of Emergency Medicine, and the founder and editor-in-chief of the first medical education platform to leverage artificial intelligence, EM Coach. He has advanced the bar of expectation for survey research methods with several seminal studies and articles in the field, leading to the creation of Survey Methods for Medical and Health Professionals Education.
