Wendy L. Moss, Ph.D., has over 30 years&; experience working with children and families as a psychologist in schools, clinics, hospitals, and private practice. She has been appointed a fellow in the American Academy of School Psychology and has also been awarded the status of a &;Diplomate in School Psychology&; by the American Board of Professional Psychology. She is the author of several books, including Being Me: A Kid&;s Guide to Boosting Confidence and Self-Esteem. She lives in the New York City area.
 
For more than 20 years, Susan A. Taddonio, D.P.T., has worked with children and families as a physical therapist in schools, homes, and private practice. She was inspired to go into the field of physical therapy by her uncle, who had polio. As a child, she saw him perform ordinary as well as extraordinary tasks&;such as doing construction jobs&;even when using crutches. She believed that his mental attitude helped him excel and be successful, and she hopes to help kids find that same positive attitude. She lives in Lloyd Harbor, New York.
