Through his content, he openly shares his philosophy on life and business while building a diverse portfolio of sweaty startups in real-time. Nick co-founded and operates his primary business, Bolt Storage, a real estate private equity firm, which owns 1.9 million square feet of self-storage facilities across 62 locations in 11 states.
