Half title partially loose. Scuffing to boards, along with some chipping to leather down spine. Text block itself remains in good condition. Light markings. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce British dictionary, having been taken from the original by Samuel Johnson and enhanced by William Perry, a Royal Navy surgeon and author of multiple dictionaries. A wonderful piece for restoration and research.
