Leipzig 1919 p. 86 zugängliche abdruck der handschrift e des Poema Morale mit der ergänzung durch die handschrift E (von v. 371 ab) zu grunde gelegt, da sich Lewin, Das mittelengl. Poema Morale im kritischen text, Halle 1881, nicht.als zuverlässig zeigte; doch ist diese ausgabe eben falls nebenher zu rate gezogen worden. Änderungen gegenüber dem text von zupitza-schipper sind nur bei offenbaren fehlern von e und E vorgenommen worden; orthographische abweichun'gen von diesem text beziehen sich nur auf die wor_ttrennung zum zwecke leichterer lesbarkeit.
