Nguyen Minh Y received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea in 2009 and 2013, respectively. Currently, he is a full-time lecturer at Dept. of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of International Training, Thai Nguyen University of Technology, Vietnam.
