To be specific, this manual is designed for adult learners as an instructional guide for the development of reading comprehension strategies and skills. This book offers reading strategies to help adult learners become more active, strategic, and purposeful readers. The use of these strategies will also help learners understand and remember what they read. Reading is an active and thinking process.
