Octavo, unpaginated (16pp.), illustrated. A very good copy in the publisher's illustrated stapled wraps. SOme soiling to front wrap and scuffing to the rear wrap, else clean and bright. Scarce trade catalogue for this Edwardian-era shoe manufacturer. Each men's shoe offered has a detailed engraved drawing, and some of these are in color. There are some delightful color illustrations of scenes, such as "digging the Panama canal" and "shuffleboard on deck," indicating that these shoes can stand up to some wear and tear. OCLC records a few scattered holdings of similar catalogues, but none of this particular issue. The closest is a 1910 catalogue, held at the Watson Library at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.
