Most entrepreneurs don't know how to take the proper steps to move forward and build a foundation that will forever hold their businesses upright. No matter how many mistakes you make moving forward, if you have a strong foundation, it’s much easier to recover from your mistakes. This is where David Kurz and his book, Take Action can help.

In David’s book, you will learn how to get your foundation in order so you can develop your business to the point and level where you want to be. In the book, David will help you learn how to figure out what that is, lay out the plan to get there and Take Action. This foundation will be a great way to maintain and consistently grow your business. Being an entrepreneur is not easy, but when you Take Action and dedicate yourself to your business, it will be more rewarding than any career you could have chosen. The book title says it all, just Take Action.

In 2005 David Adam Kurz arrived to the city of Miami with two things: dedication and innovation. Originally from the Bronx and an active Marine since 1994, he had just finished his final tour, and was ready to embark on a journey he claims is in its own way tougher than war—the journey of entrepreneurship.

But Kurz wasted no time. In the years to follow, he was busy operating one of the most highly respected real estate teams at Douglas Elliman, the fourth largest real estate brokerage in the United States. It was there that Kurz realized real estate is more than just a job servicing others—it’s about building professional relationships that last a lifetime.

Kurz doesn’t just believe client connections are important in the industry: on a path and mission to better the incoming real estate generation of Miami, Kurz’s drive, innovative thinking and belief in collaborating with others led him to start his own real estate brokerage, Kurz Real Estate Corp, where he is President and a noncompeting broker and mentor to young professionals and new entrants of all ages to the industry.

Kurz works with all residential and commercial property types across South Florida, from the Beaches to West Miami, but specializes in luxury real estate. Buyers, sellers and investors have all found success working alongside David and his team. His extensive network of clients and colleagues spans the globe. With more than 1,000 homes sold, he stands out as a prominent Florida real estate broker and a trusted source.

Kurz’s efforts in real estate expand beyond his experience in the office. He is also a thought leader and advisor as the host of his own Real Estate Show. You can listen to him and his team discuss the market and industry topics every Thursday at 5 p.m. on the Kurz Real Estate Show, aired on FaceBook Live @KurzRealEstate. But he continues to add even more to his marketing repertoire, acting as publisher for the company’s own Kurz Real Estate Magazine which is live and digital online, and even authors books laying out the path to entrepreneurship. David is hired all over the country to speak at events and to businesses about sales, mindset and foundation work to being an entrepreneur.
