You cannot fail to be inspired by Penny Mallory, especially when you read her own personal journey as told at the start of this book. She turned her life around, which for me gives her the credibility to help others do the same. Her really simple 9-stage plan is well thought out, and all for the price of a pub dinner. I read it through in a couple of hours, and then set to work on the first Special Stage. I highly recommend it. --T Agnew
