The colourful and decorative patterns are inspired by traditional designs and have been adapted for a wide range of uses, from needle-cases to chair seats. The beadwork designs include a footstool and a waistcoat. The practical instructions and charts are accompanied by colour photography throughout. The book has been read, but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting. The spine remains undamaged.
