THE POWER OF TRACKING
Tracking is a powerful tool for increasing how much you move each day. Research shows that people who track their progress are far more likely to reach their goals. Here are just a few reasons why:
1. The Mere-Measurement Effect – just tracking your designs and abilities can push you to design more, which will make you want to do better.
2. Establishes a Baseline – tracking helps you figure out where you’re currently abilities are and knowing your level is the first step in figuring out how you can make progress.
3. Reminds You of Progress –once you’ve figured out your baseline, keeping track will help you measure your improvement on the path to becoming a Professional Makeup Artist.
4. Identifies Problems – people who track know immediately when they’ve stopped making progress. This helps because it allows you to course-correct. You can figure what went wrong and why, which color didn't work and which design was not quite right.
5. Focuses Your Attention – Makeup Artists who track, stay on track because they’re paying attention to their behavior and allows you to go back and make fine adjustments to your designs.
A ROADMAP TO SUCCESS - Just like a map, tracking helps you figure out where you are and keeps a record or where you have been which will allow you to plot a course to where you want to be.
Create different looks for different occasions, using color pencils, crayons. This makeup book (6"x 9") is perfect for carrying around in your bag to allow you to design anywhere the bug hits you
