Informazioni sull'autore: Gianna LaLota, LMHC, LPC, is a New York–based therapist, speaker, and the founder of Mindful Mental Health Counseling, a practice that serves clients based in New York and New Jersey. Gianna works with adults struggling with anxiety and incorporates elements of mindfulness into her work with clients. Gianna specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). She is a licensed yoga teacher (RYT 500) and is certified in Reiki and EFT tapping.
