Matt Vincent is a professional competitor in the Highland Games. He is the 2012 IHGF World Champion as well as American record holder in the 28# weight for distance at 94'2" and tied World Record in the 16# Open Stone of 63'1". As a life long thrower and strength athlete I am applying what i learned as a collegiate thrower at LSU and my years of strength training and proper applying it to the Highland Games events.
