Third in the series, copyright 1910 as the third of the original "starter set" of five titles, but this is a 1930 printing, listing 33 Swifts through "Big Dirigible" to jacket front flap AND to integral ads near the back. Jacket rear flap AND ads at rear of text also list 10 Don Sturdys through "Land of the Giants" (1930.) And there's a hand-written Christmas, 1931 gift inscription to otherwise blank FFE. A very-good book in a very-good-plus jacket with minor chipping to head of spine and a few corners, with 3/4 inch of spider webbing to top right of the front panel. 216 pp. followed by 3 pp. publishers ads. Reduced from $140.
