Full color printed cloth cover has edge wear, bumped tips of the boards, and some tearing at the top of the spine on front and back. Pages are lightly discolored due to age, have a loose front hinge that is still fully attached. This book is in good condition. This copy is the office file copy from Grosett and Dunlap stating the title, print date of May 6, 1964, quantity, the customer order number and the RR Donelly and sons job number. Extremely rare edition.

For International orders: we ship only Priority International.. We will NOT be responsible for any additional customs fees that may be placed on shipments.
