Diagnosed with polio at age one, orphaned at age fifteen, Author Mei Wang learned to overcome adversity at a very young age. Determined to receive an education, Mei left her job at a factory assembly line in Taiwan and emigrated to the United States with nothing but a promise from God to provide. Battling her way through persecution, disability, and even homelessness, Mei has accomplished more than anyone thought possible. This collection of intensely personal poetry was written during the highest and lowest points of her journey and chronicles the transformative power of her personal relationship with Jesus Christ. "Transforming in God's Plan" is Ms. Wang's first published work and will strengthen your faith in God's plan for your own life with every page.

Mei Esther Wang was born and raised in Taiwan. At age 15, her parents passed away, leaving her to take care of herself. Through her strength, determination, and close relationship with God, she turned an almost impossible situation into a story of inspiration and victory. Leaving her job on an assembly line at age 23, she was determined to finish her education. Through the aid of a Christian missionary organization, she was able to complete her high school and undergraduate college education. She then made the bold decision to emigrate to the United States in 1993 and proceeded to earn Masters Degrees from Azuza Pacific University and CSU Los Angeles. She currently resides in Alhambra, CA. Transforming in God’s Plan is her first published work.
