Sale conditions

GENERAL:

• All books are complete, at least in good condition and fully described, inclusive all defects.
• On request we can provide a photograph of the book(s).
• Prices are in euros and free of VAT (so no VAT will be added or deducted). Shipping costs will be
  calculated to the lowest price possible incl. traceable/insured shipping. If requested in the order form, a
  total order price will be communicated to the buyer.

RETURNS:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of EU customers and within 7 days for the rest of the
  world. The amount you paid will be refunded if the book or item did not match its stated description,
  otherwise the amount of reimbursing will be limited to its purchase prize, with exclusion of the shipping
  costs. (EU customers always will be refunded for the book price + standard shipping costs) In all cases,
  please contact us before returning any item.

SHIPMENT:

• At international orders we will provide shipping quotes in case the ordered title(s) is heavy or oversized.
• The ownership of the goods sent will be for the seller until the full amount has been paid.
• The risks of shipment of the goods will be for the seller. The seller has the right to insure the goods for
  sending. The additional costs for insurance will be invoiced to the buyer.

PAYMENT CAN BE DONE BY:

• We prefer pre-payment, institutions, libraries or regular customers can be invoiced

Sending cash:

• Possible within and outside the Netherlands.
• Total order amount should be agreed via email.
• Risks of cash sending are for the buyer.
• Shipment will take place after receipt money order.

Credit Card

• We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express via a secure page. i.e. www.kerssemakers.com/

• Card details may also be sent by fax or phone. Details sent by e-mail will not be accepted.

Verkaufsbedingungen

ALLGEMEIN:

• Der Zustand der Bücher wird nicht angegeben, wenn die Werke in gutem Zustand sind.
• Auf Anfrage senden wir Ihnen gerne Bilder des Buches zu.
• Die angegebenen Preise sind rein netto und ohne MWSt. (Margenregelung) und in EURO.

RÜCKSENDUNG/ RÜCKGABE:

• Falls das bestellte Werk den Angaben nicht entspricht, ist eine Rücksendung innerhalb 14 Tagen nach
  Erhalt und nach erfolgter Benachrichtigung zulässig. Auskünfte werden vorzugsweise per E-Mail erteilt.

VERSAND:

• Die Lieferbarkeit eines Titels wird per E-Mail bestätigt, unter Angabe der anfallenden Versandkosten (wir
  arbeiten dabei mit der niederländischen und Deutsche Post, um Portokosten zu optimieren). Wir versenden,
  abhängig vom Gewicht, stets in der vorteilhaftesten Variante: als Briefsendung oder Päckchen/Paket.
• Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Lieferung; die bestellten Bücher bleiben 5 Tage reserviert, bis zum
  Zahlungseingang oder der Versandbestätigung.

ZAHLUNG:

• Vorkasse per Überweisung auf eines unserer Bankkonten in Deutschland oder die Niederlande. Für
  Institutionen, Bibliotheken und Stammkunde ist nach Vereinbarung die Zahlung gegen Rechnung möglich.

Bar Zahlung:

• Gegen Barzahlung mit dem Post.
• Achtung: auf eigene Risiko; am besten vershicken Sie das Geld in EinschreibeBrief.
• Sobald die Zahlung bei uns eingegangen ist, senden wir Ihnen das Buch/ die Bucher.

• Folgende Kreditkarten werden bei uns akzeptiert: Mastercard, VISA und American Express. Bestellen Sie

• Sie möchten Ihre Daten nicht über internet senden? Das ist kein Problem. Sie können auch bei uns auch

ALGEMEEN:

• Alle boeken zijn compleet, tenminste in goede staat en volledig beschreven, inclusief alle gebreken.
• Op verzoek sturen wij u een foto van het boek/ de boeken.
• Prijzen zijn in euro¿s en vrij van BTW (Margeregeling). Verzendkosten, bank- en chequekosten worden
  tegen kostprijs doorberekend. Desgewenst kunt u in uw bestelling vragen voor een prijsopgave van het
  totaalbedrag.

RETOURRECHT:

• Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van redenen, aan verkoper worden
  teruggestuurd. Een voorafgaande kennisgeving wordt wel op prijs gesteld., en na ontvangst wordt het
  aankoopbedrag gerestitueerd, incl. standaard verzendkosten.
• Indien de retourzending een gevolg is van een onvolledige beschrijving, of een door de verkoper niet
  opgemerkt verborgen gebrek, wordt het totaalbedrag inclusief volledige verzendkosten gerestitueerd.
• Retourzendingen dienen deugdelijk verpakt te worden, en in dezelfde staat bereiken als waarin het
  verzonden werd aan de koper.
• Het risico van een retourzending ligt nadrukkelijk bij de afzender.

VERZENDING:

• Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht
  voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden
  doorberekend aan de koper.
• Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling heeft plaats gevonden.
• Bij zendingen van uitzonderlijke omvang en/of waarde wordt door verkoper altijd eerst contact
  opgenomen over de wijze van verzending.

WIJZE VAN BETALING:

• Levering bij voorkeur tegen vooruitbetaling. Instellingen, bibliotheken of vaste klanten kunnen op
  rekening worden geleverd.

Contant:

• Mogelijk voor Nederland en buitenland.
• Factuurbedrag wordt kortgesloten via email.
• Geldzending is voor risico zender.
• Boekzending vindt plaats na ontvangst geldbedrag.

Creditcard:

• Wij accepteren VISA, Mastercard en American Express via een beveiligde webpagina zoals bijv.

Se sei un consumatore puoi recedere dal contratto in conformità con quanto segue. Per Consumatore si intende qualsiasi persona fisica che agisce per scopi estranei alla propria attività commerciale, imprenditoriale, artigianale o professionale.

Informazioni sul diritto di recesso

Diritto legale di recesso

Hai il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.

Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui tu o una terza parte, diversa dal vettore e da te indicata, acquisisce il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o dell'ultimo lotto o pezzo.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, compila e invia elettronicamente una dichiarazione esplicita sul nostro sito Web, alla voce “I miei acquisti” nella sezione “Mio account”. Ti comunicheremo senza indugio una conferma di ricezione di tale recesso su un supporto durevole (ad es. via e-mail).

Per rispettare il termine di recesso, è sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.

Effetti del recesso

In caso di recesso dal presente contratto, ti rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti ricevuti, compresi i costi di spedizione (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di spedizione diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto).

Potremo effettuare una detrazione dal rimborso per la perdita di valore dei beni forniti, qualora tale perdita sia il risultato di una manipolazione non necessaria da parte tua.

Eseguiremo il rimborso senza indebito ritardo e non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui saremo informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.

Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente concordato altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso.

Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto i beni oppure finché non avrai fornito la prova di averli rispediti, a seconda di quale condizione si verifichi per prima.

Dovrai rispedire i beni o consegnarli a Emile Kerssemakers ILAB, Heerlen, Netherlands, +31 455419587, senza indebito ritardo e, in ogni caso, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ci hai comunicato la tua volontà di recedere dal presente contratto. Il termine è rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni stessi.

Eccezioni al diritto di recesso

Il diritto di recesso non si applica a:

1. La fornitura di giornali, periodici o riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento; e
2. La fornitura di contenuto digitale non fornito su un supporto materiale (ad es. su un CD o DVD), se al momento dell'invio dell'ordine hai accettato l'inizio dell'esecuzione e hai riconosciuto che non avresti potuto recedere una volta iniziata l'esecuzione.
