Neuware -This research work focused on UV and RP-HPLC method and method validation of Nevirapine accurately and economically. UV spectrophotometric method and mehod development for Nevirapine obeyed Beer's law as depicted by linearity of the developed method. A reverse phase HPLC (RP-HPLC) method is described for the determination of nevirapine in tablet dosage forms. Chromatography was carried on an ODS column using a mixture of methanol and water (89:11 v/v) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min with detection at 284 nm. The method was validated by determining its sensitivity, accuracy and precision.
