He is the author of, Understanding How Others Misunderstand You, and The Strong-Willed Child or Dreamer?. Through his non-profit organization, Mission Specialties, Ron sponsors Orphan Transition programs and Foster Care initiatives for neglected and abused children in Eastern Europe.
