He is the author of, Understanding How Others Misunderstand You, and The Strong-Willed Child or Dreamer?. Through his non-profit organization, Mission Specialties, Ron sponsors Orphan Transition programs and Foster Care initiatives for neglected and abused children in Eastern Europe. He and his wife, Ginger, reside in Marietta, Georgia near their family Rich, Adam, and his wife Anna.
