The Watchdogs rescue the city’s mayor from terrorists before the police can intervene. Their success brings unwanted scrutiny.

After the mayor discovers who they are, Tommy’s team find themselves restricted, overworked, and on edge. Dysfunction and resentment begin to dissolve the team’s cohesion and effectiveness.
