Bluthochdruck ist eine weit verbreitete Erkrankung, insbesondere bei Menschen �ber 50, und kann zu schweren kardiovaskul�ren Komplikationen f�hren. Irbesartan, ein Angiotensin-II-Rezeptorblocker (ARB), wird h�ufig zur Behandlung von Bluthochdruck eingesetzt, doch seine geringe L�slichkeit in Wasser (1 μg/ml) schr�nkt seine Bioverf�gbarkeit ein. Diese Studie zielte darauf ab, die L�slichkeit von Irbesartan durch feste Dispersionen unter Verwendung von Tr�gern wie β-Cyclodextrin, HPMC K4M, PEG4000 und Gelatine zu verbessern. β-Cyclodextrin zeigte die gr��te Verbesserung der L�slichkeit, was durch Phasenl�slichkeitsstudien best�tigt wurde. Die Charakterisierung mittels DSC und SEM deutete auf die Umwandlung des Arzneimittels von der kristallinen in die amorphe Form hin, was die Aufl�sung verbesserte. FTIR-Studien best�tigten, dass keine Wechselwirkungen zwischen dem Arzneimittel und den Tr�gern bestehen. In-vitro-Aufl�sungstests zeigten, dass β-Cyclodextrin (1:9) die Aufl�sungsgeschwindigkeit im Vergleich zu reinem Irbesartan und anderen Tr�gern signifikant erh�ht. Somit verbessert die Verwendung von β-Cyclodextrin in festen Dispersionen effektiv die L�slichkeit von Irbesartan und sein therapeutisches Potenzial bei der Behandlung von Bluthochdruck.
