This kit includes a collection of (7) crystals, Stone ID Cards, and essential oil scented candles can be quickly used during meditation. Each Stone ID card includes a meditation and specific affirmation to aid in the healing of its related chakra.

The best advice for anyone just starting is to accept that there is no pressure, no hurry and nothing wrong with you if you don’t feel anything for a while when working on your chakras. Some people are more sensitive to feeling energy move, and some are less sensitive, but this has no impact on healing.

Healing energy transcends our physical reality, so it is not about feeling anything physical, but about allowing yourself to welcome the energy to flow where it will serve you best, whether you feel it or not.
