Paperback. From the Author who brought you the Parsec Award-Winning Dunesteef Audio Fiction Magazine comes a new collection of his best short stories. Nine stories of fantasy, horror, and science-fiction wonder that will take you to exciting new worlds and set your imagination alight. In "From Another World," a space station is overrun by invading aliens. Three men retreat to a storage room to hide out, but soon they realize that one of them is an alien in disguise. They desperately need to determine which one doesn't belong if they want to get out of this situation alive. In "Undo," a high-schooler stumbles upon a stopwatch with the power to skip time backward one minute. His mind reels with the possibilities. He could do many things differently with the ability to skip backward and erase what he'd done in the last minute. How will he use this gift.for good or evil? In "Pre-Owned," Clint needs to sell his car. It's so boring and uninspiring that every time his girlfriend sees him pull up in it, her libido drops right through the floor. He lists it for sale, and someone calls, asking to take a test drive, but when they come back drenched in sweat and scared to death, and literally run as fast as they can to get away from his car, Clint knows something is wrong. What is it? Could his car be haunted? The collection finishes up with the novella "Digital Wizards." Keith is an angel investor for Silicon Valley startups. When an old friend comes to him with an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an AI image generator, he jumps at the chance. The AI is amazing, and he becomes addicted to using it himself. Then his friend calls him, begging him not to use the AI for a while. Something has gone haywire, and it's offline right now, but Keith just can't control himself any longer. When he uses it again, everything goes wrong, and he has to fight desperately to save himself, the woman he loves, his old friend, and even the entire city. All those and more are awaiting you in the pages of "Wizards and Angels," by B.D. Anklevich. Contains the stories From Another World, The Shortest Ghost Story Ever Told, Undo, Unfortunate, Dr. Claw, Pre-owned, Long-Term Memory, Black Angel, and Digital Wizards.
