Informazioni sull'autore: Karen Lynn Cassiday, PhD, ACT, is a clinical psychologist and Managing Director of The Anxiety Treatment Center of Greater Chicago. She is also Past President of The Anxiety and Depression Association of America (2016-2018) and is a Founding Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy (A-CBT). She is the host of the radio show and podcast "Moms Without Worry" and gave a TEDx talk, "Why Parenting Does Not Need a Handbook", on overcoming perfectionism. She is a mother of five and is based in Pleasant Prairie, WI, USA.
