Riassunto:
Writers become better by writing. In this book, master teacher Marilyn Pryle offers plenty of standards-based activities to keep students constantly writing. She starts with eight “practices” that help students generate ideas and develop habits to improve their writing. They then apply these practices as they tackle any of the 42 assignments in narrative, expository, and persuasive writing. Includes rubrics, prewriting sheets, graphic organizers, writing models, editing checklists, and more.
