Informazioni sull'autore: Jonathan Clogstoun-Willmott (1945 - ) claims he was born a Cockney, because he was born within the Sounds of Bow Bells, London, if the wind blows strongly from the East. He was brought up on a farm in Sussex. Whilst knowing how to dig a ditch, repair out-buildings, shoot rabbits, reverse four-wheel trailers, put up shelves, recognise health and illness in animals, and remove asbestos from stables has been useful, knowing how to milk a cow and plough a field has not. He studied Electrical Engineering at Edinburgh University while learning Yoga and studying arcane and esoteric metaphysics in his spare time. After he graduated, realising he didn't want to be an Engineer (a pity he didn't notice earlier) he became a Chartered Accountant. He did't want to do that either, but it gave him a good income while he discovered what he did enjoy learning then practising, natural medicine. On a 1982 trip to China to further his knowledge of acupuncture, he made good money as the first astrologer on British TV. Later, noticing there was no book on the relationship between 'Western Astrology and Chinese Medicine', he wrote that first book. There followed a 28 year pause before the second book, 'Qi Stagnation - Signs of Stress'. The next book to make it past disaster, "Yin Deficiency - Burnout and Exhaustion: What to Do!", was published in 2014 2016 brought 'Yang Deficiency - Get Your Fire Burning Again' containing lots of useful advice which he definitely intends to take. Now, quite accustomed to writing again, he has two other books at different stages of planning, writing and calamity. Along the way he learned and practised, then later taught many kinds of natural medicine at various colleges in Scotland, was Regional Representative for the British Acupuncture Council for 6 years and then again from 2014, and remains Chair of the Scottish Association of Professional Homoeopaths. Currently he still sees patients, but on less days a week, giving him time to maintain a website that received visitors from round the world, run another business, and write. He enjoys visiting European countries with his wife who is much more prestigious and whose occupation requires travel. Both his children are employed. They live away from home, a source of concern as Jonathan can no longer blame them when things go missing. He enjoys music, entertaining, plays piano badly, gardens and loves exploring the hypnogogic state where ideas flow freely, followed closely by sleep.
