Crystel Lynn Smith, Author, Inspirational Speaker, High-Performance Coach, and Activator was raised in Middletown, Virginia where she enjoyed the sense of family and community that her small town offered. Crystel continues to live with her husband, Sean, her children, Brian (Bubby), Stephanie (Luvy) and grandchildren Mason (Mase), Addison (Addy Pie), Ettalynn (Etta Betta) Julius, (Ju Ju Been) Chloe (Chloe) and Malachi (Mali) in Virginia’s beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Crystel is driven to catapult others to achieve! She has been blessed in her 20-year career with the opportunity to lead, motivate, inspire, and propel over 4,000 people! While working with hundreds of businesses throughout her career, Crystel became an expert in analyzing business operations, finances, systems, and team (people) challenges and successes. Dr. Sherri's thriving traditional psychotherapy practice provided her the privilege of being invited into the private world of hundreds. She has a passion to re-energize the way we view and protect our mental, emotional, and relationship health. Dr. Sherri maintains her Clinical Psychology license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and now brings a strengths-based positive psychology message to the world!
