Marc Chagall (7 July 1887 28 March 1985) was one of the most celebrated and beloved artists of the 20th century. Born Marc Zakharovich Shagal in Vitebsk, Belarus (then part of the Russian Empire), he trained in Saint Petersburg before moving to Paris in 1910, where he became part of the vibrant avant-garde of Montparnasse. Drawing on Jewish folk tradition, Russian culture, and the imagery of his Belarusian childhood, Chagall developed a uniquely dreamlike visual language infused with lovers floating above villages, fiddlers on rooftops, animals, angels, and mystical biblical scenes. Associated with Fauvism, Cubism, and Surrealism yet belonging to none he was the quintessential 'School of Paris' master. His monumental stained-glass windows, ceiling paintings (including the Paris Op�ra), and tapestries brought his vision to public spaces worldwide. Chagall's work is held at MoMA in New York, the Tate in London, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Guggenheim, and the Mus�e National Marc Chagall in Nice inaugurated in 1973 and dedicated to his biblical message cycle. He remains one of the most sought-after names in 20th-century prints, with original lithographs consistently coveted by collectors worldwide.Verve (1937 1960) was the legendary French art and literary review published in Paris by Efstratios Eleftheriades, known as T�riade. Nos. 37/38 (1960), 'Dessins pour La Bible', contains Chagall's second suite of Bible lithographs, expanding on the 1956 series with 48 new color prints depicting scenes from the Old Testament creation, the lives of the patriarchs, and stories of women in the Bible. Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui

tu acquisisci, o un terzo designato diverso dal vettore e da te acquisisce, il possesso fisico dell'ultimo bene o l'ultimo lotto o pezzo.

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso, sei tenuto a informare Antiquariat Reinhold Berg eK, Wahlenstr. 6, 93047, Regensburg, Germany, 49 941 52229, della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto tramite una dichiarazione esplicita (ad esempio lettera inviata per posta, fax o posta elettronica). A tal fine puoi utilizzare il modulo tipo di recesso, ma non e' obbligatorio. Puoi anche compilare e inviare elettronicamente il modulo tipo di recesso o qualsiasi altra esplicita dichiarazione sul nostro sito web, dalla sezione "Ordini" nel "Mio Account". Nel caso scegliessi questa opzione, ti trasmetteremo senza indugio una conferma di ricevimento su un supporto durevole (ad esempio per posta elettronica).

Per rispettare il termine di recesso, � sufficiente inviare la comunicazione relativa all'esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso.

Effetti del recesso

Se recedi dal presente contratto, ti saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti che hai effettuato a nostro favore, compresi i costi di consegna (ad eccezione dei costi supplementari derivanti dalla tua eventuale scelta di un tipo di consegna diverso dal tipo meno costoso di consegna standard da noi offerto). Potremo trattenere dal rimborso le somme derivanti da una diminuzione del valore del prodotto risultante da una tua non necessaria manipolazione.

I rimborsi verranno effettuati senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso non oltre 14 giorni dal giorno in cui siamo stati informati della tua decisione di recedere dal presente contratto.

Detti rimborsi saranno effettuati utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento da te usato per la transazione iniziale, salvo che tu non abbia espressamente convenuto altrimenti; in ogni caso, non dovrai sostenere alcun costo quale conseguenza di tale rimborso. Il rimborso pu� essere sospeso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino all'avvenuta dimostrazione da parte tua di aver rispedito i beni, se precedente.

Il termine � rispettato se rispedisci i beni prima della scadenza del periodo di 14 giorni. I costi diretti della restituzione dei beni saranno a tuo carico. Sei responsabile solo della diminuzione del valore dei beni risultante da una manipolazione del bene diversa da quella necessaria per stabilire la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento dei beni.

Eccezioni al diritto di recesso

Il diritto di recesso non si applica in caso di:

fornitura di giornali, periodici e riviste ad eccezione dei contratti di abbonamento per la fornitura di tali pubblicazioni;
fornitura di contenuto digitale (inclusi applicazioni, software, ebook, MP3, ecc.) mediante un supporto non materiale (per esempio un CD o un DVD) se al momento dell'inoltro dell'ordine hai espressamente consentito all'inizio dell'esecuzione accettando la perdita del diritto di recesso in conseguenza dell'inizio di esecuzione.

All items are already fully covered by insurance through us, the seller.

During the COVID19 Pandemic most countries experience significant delays in accepting and delivering regular registered Air Mail packages.
Therefore most of our international shipments will be sent by Federal Express.
We are fully able to ship timely to the United States, but we ship at the moment only by Federal Express to garantee your delivery !

Certain antiquarian books, antique maps (over 200 years old) and antique prints are defined by law as cultural goods.
These items hardly require an export license when sent to destinations outside the European Union, unless:
the item is printed before the year 1500 (even items with low prices, there is a zero price limit for incunabula)
the value of a printed map is more then 15,000 Euro or the value of a book is 50,000 Euro or higher.
There is a additional fee of 25 Euro charged by the German authorities for issuing the license, which we will charge you manually in addition to the offered shipping costs.
If an item, which you have ordered, does require an export license we will notify you, to get your approval for the additional costs and the extra time we need. Normally an export license is granted after two, latest three weeks, depending on the situation.

All items are subject to prior sale and remain the seller's property, pursuant to � 455 BGB, until payment has been received in full. Place of performance and legal venue is Regensburg, Germany.

All items may be returned for any reason within thirty days of receipt, as long they are in the same condition as they were delivered, for a full refund of the purchase price.
