Suzanne Brown-Fleming

La dottoressa Suzanne Brown-Fleming è direttrice della divisione dei programmi accademici internazionali presso lo United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies e un ex Mandel Center Fellow (2000). Ha ricevuto il suo dottorato in storia tedesca moderna dall'Università del Maryland-College Park nel 2002.

La pubblicazione più recente della dottoressa Brown-Fleming, "May Your Holiness Act in the Interest of Protecting Those who Remain Morally Thinking People:" Vatican Responses to Antisemitism, 1933, faceva parte dell'Institute for Holocaust Research at Yad Vashem's Search and Research Series (2017). Il suo libro più recente, Nazi Persecution and Postwar Repercussions: The International Tracing Service Archive and Holocaust Research (Rowman & Littlefield, 2016, brossura 2019) è stato nominato 2016 Choice Outstanding Academic Title. Il suo primo libro, The Holocaust and Catholic Conscience: Cardinal Aloisius Muench and the Guilt Question in Germany, è stato pubblicato nel 2006 dalla University of Notre Dame Press in associazione con il Museo, ed è stato un libro del 2006 University Press Selected for Public and Secondary School Libraries (Category of Religion) dalla American Association of University Presses.

Il lavoro della dottoressa Brown-Fleming è stato presentato nel Catholic News Service (CNS). È apparsa su Cable News Network (CNN), EWTN Global Catholic Television Network, e diversi documentari, tra cui Holy Silence (2019), che ha debuttato a livello nazionale sulla televisione PBS nel 2020. Tiene corsi presso il Center for Jewish Civilization della Georgetown University a Washington, D.C.
