Blue cloth covered boards with Quarter navy leather to the corners and spine section. 5 raised bands to the spine with gilt titles in the second compartment. Top page edge gilt, other edges untrimmed. Marbled pastedowns and endpapers. With frontispiece portrait photograph of Austin Dobson, title page printed in red and black. Condition very good, edges slightly rubbed, spine slightly faded, contents clean. Loosely inserted is a slip by "Romeike & Curtice Ltd" to advise about an extract from the Yorkshire Evening Post Leeds with a date stamp of 20 Feb 1964 addressed to J. Mills with a cutting from the Yorkshire Evening post stating that the Princess Royal would be visiting the Harrogate Opera House that evening to see Mary Hayley Bell's play "Duet for Two Hands" being performed.
