This is a very good hardcover copy in an about very good dust jacket with some edge wear and a few small chips. Signed by the artist and with a small drawing of two figures walking, on the half title-page. Text in English and Norwegian. Elling Reitan is a pupil of Odd Nerdrum and Bjørn Sverrbo. His paintings resemble the expressionist color paintings of the 1980's. Illustrated in color throughout. Color plates on almost every page. 180 color plates. Biographical sketch. 12" high X 9" wide, 211 pages. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
