Author's name signed in upper right corner of front free endpaper in black pen. "9:05" written twice in pencil at top center of back attached endpaper. Pages otherwise clean and bright. Binding cracked along front hinge, visible between half title page and title page. No backing visible, merely cracks in the paper.
