Hal DeKeyser

Hal DeKeyser is the co-author, with Siebe Vanderzee, of "Bite the Waxed Tadpole, America's Guide to Hosting International Visitors" and of the upcoming book: "PartnerChats - Must-have conversations for committed couples."

For more than 25 years, he was an ink-in-the-blood newsman, working as a reporter, photographer, editor, Opinion editor, columnist and publisher. He left the news business for about nine years to form his own public affairs company. Before returning to journalism with the Las Vegas Review-Journal, he was the speechwriter for Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer.

He is a graduate of Arizona State University, a Vietnam veteran, a Realtor and a former U.S. Navy photographer.
