Marcus Marley is a father, author and musician from Seattle, WA.

After twenty years in the music business, Marcus discovered that the creativity he had nurtured through songwriting translated surprisingly well toward writing children's books. A new passion was born!

A playful, rhythmical writing style combined with messages of strong family values is at the heart of Marcus' children stories. But he realized that a great story wasn't enough... great illustrations were needed too. After searching for years, he met popular Japanese pop-surrealism artist Tomoko Uno and the two of them began collaborating. Her colorful, whimsical artwork is adored by children around the world and proved to be a perfect match!
