Robert John Clymo

Robbie Clymo is a photographer, writer, and independent publisher based in Devon, England. Originally from Cornwall, he has followed a varied path through life, working in restaurant management and an Immigration Centre before settling in Devon, where he runs a Bed and Breakfast with his wife, Jane.

Photography has been a lifelong passion and creative outlet, providing a way to explore the world through observation, atmosphere, and personal reflection. Drawn to historic architecture, landscapes, and the character of everyday life, Robbie's work seeks to capture not only what a place looks like, but what it feels like to stand within it.

His books combine photography with original poetry, creating thoughtful visual journeys that explore history, memory, and the passage of time. Through both image and word, he invites readers to pause, reflect, and discover the stories that quietly surround us.
