Michelle Champeau

Michelle Champeau is an Oklahoma author whose writing is rooted in faith, hope, healing, humor, and lived experience of adoption. Born in Oklahoma City and raised in the Sooner State, she now lives in Crescent, Oklahoma. Adopted at age five, Michell's journey has given her a deep appreciation for faith, family, restoration, and the power of storytelling.

Her diverse career has included 11 years as a Master Pre-K teacher and 9 years as a medical assistant/phlebotomist in cardiology. She is also the owner and leather artisan behind Turkey Spur Leather, creating handcrafted work for customers across the country.

A devoted Christian, wife, mother, and grandmother, Michelle is also an avid gardener, photographer, and lifelong creative. Through her books, she hopes to encourage readers, inspire growth, and remind others that every life has a story worth telling.
