Scott Beal is an author, business executive, entrepreneur, and lifelong observer of people, leadership, and change.

Over a career spanning more than four decades, Scott has worked across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, emerging technology, and business transformation. His experience includes two decades with UPS, followed by senior leadership roles in entrepreneurial ventures navigating growth, innovation, uncertainty, and change.

Those experiences eventually led him to explore a broader question: How do we continue becoming who we are meant to be while navigating careers, relationships, successes, failures, unexpected turns, and a world that never stops changing?

Scott is a contributing author to The AI Transformation: Thriving Within Civilization's Next Big Disruption, where he explores the human side of one of the most consequential technological shifts of our time.

He is currently completing Live Velvet: The Imperfect Path to Becoming You, a deeply personal exploration of identity, relationships, ambition, loss, reinvention, and the imperfect journey toward understanding what matters most.

Across his writing and creative work, Scott returns to three broad themes: Life. Leadership. The Changing World.

He lives in Florida with his wife, Megan, and continues to pursue new experiences, conversations, and creative projects with the belief that becoming who we are is not a destination, but a lifelong process.
