Sie ist dabei, das »unbequeme Denkmal« gegenwartskulturell zu transformieren zu einem innovativen Ort für zukunftsorientierten und gesellschaftsrelevanten Dialog und nachhaltig kreative Gestaltung. Die 2018 von der Marzona Stiftung erworbene Anlage wird derzeit nach einem Masterplan der dänischen Architektin Dorte Mandrup restauriert.
