A Good copy of a ".giclee' on high quality archival art paper titled "NYC Map". This piece measures approximately 20 x 15 inches (sheet). The edition size of the giclee' is 2000. Each piece is hand signed by the artist lower right and the eidtion (sic) is lower left." by the artist, Blue Logan. The map illustrates the island of Manhattan from it's southern tip at Battery Park, to as far north as the Guggenheim Museum, its most northern point, on 5th Avenue, between 88th & 89th streets. The map and the included documents have been kept in a tube and all have a curl. There are three documents included including a Certificate of Authenticity which has the artist's signature. From COA:"Stock: 230 gsm Smooth Matte; Ink: Archival Pigmented Ink; Dimensions: 18" w x 13.5" h; Edition Number: 1309/2000" Previous owner's markings in black ballpoint on the back of one of the included pages. The illustration has some color, especially to landmarks. More of the Avenues are illustrated and less of the cross streets. Print has small creasing and spotting on the back.Slight wear to edgings and corners.
