New York. William Morrow & Company. 1964. First American Edition. Octavo (7 1/2 x 5 1/2). 279 pp. This is a significant association copy. The book is inscribed and signed by Roderick Haig-Brown to his longtime friend from Seattle, Edward Dunn. Harold Ober Associates, Haig-Brown's literary agent, reported sales of 2,261 copies of the book sold; the book went out of print in 1971.
