Original hardcover in jacket, 1967 1st edition, comes with additional brochure, a few pamphlets broadsides and what appear to be two passes. Book is not only collectible, but time capsule to an era. Excellent b + w photography. Condition: book is in fair condition only with some creasing and bowing to the boards from previous storage. While the spine is holding fine, it is fragile more from original printing quality. There is foxing and spots, small stains to inside back cover. A overall musty odor.
