STEVEN M. KAPLAN, after a fully bilingual primary and secondary school education in Puerto Rico, went on to earn a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and an MS from Fordham University. He has taught at the two main universities in Puerto Rico and has had many other teaching experiences in bilingual settings. Mr. Kaplan is also the author of the English-Spanish- Spanish-English Legal Dictionary and the English-Spanish, Spanish-English Dictionary of Psychology and Psychiatry.
