Novelization of the 1918 play of the same name, written by and starring Frank Bacon, concerning a seedy hotel that straddles the California-Nevada state line; the play ran for 1,291 performances, setting a record. Very Good, light shelf wear, boards slightly bowed, previous owner's signature at front facing endpaper, in Very Good dust jacket, light edgewear with a couple closed tears, darkening and small discolorations at spine.
