Brian M. Grindall is a lawyer with extensive experience in real estate development with a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law and a Master's degree of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. He has represented clients in all facets of commercial real estate, including joint ventures, acquisition and sales contracts for improved and unimproved properties, construction and development activities, and borrower and lender representation.
