Ashok V. Naimpally, PhD, PE, is a professor in the College of Engineering and Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach. A licensed professional engineer in the state of California, Dr. Naimpally's teaching areas include chemical engineering and environmental technology. He holds a doctorate from Syracuse University and has authored over 40 papers for journals and conferences.
Kirsten Sinclair Rosselot, PE, is the owner of Process Profiles, a consulting firm that specializes in environmental planning and management tools. Ms. Rosselot obtained her bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of California.
Dr. Ashok Naimpally, PhD, PE, is a retired Dean and Professor of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering, with over 30 years full time teaching and research experience, including 25 years experience with Engineering License review courses at UCLA Extension and CSU Long Beach continuing education. He has over 60 research journal papers, international and national conference publications and five engineering and science related books. The books are: two on FE Environmental Review with PPI/Kaplan; and others are PE Environmental Review with Springer, Chemical Engineering for FE Exam with SciEngEd, and Lifelong Learning for Engineers and Scientists with Elsevier. The Lifelong Learning book received the American Society of Engineering Education, Library Division , Best Publication award for 2012. His research experience includes research work at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (Caltech) and at the Hughes Aircraft Technology Center. Dr. Naimpally has served as an Evaluator/Surveyor for 15 years for the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
