Hardcover with black cloth-covered boards & gilt design to front/lettering to spine is VG- (minus): very clean, binding tight & square, pages exceptionally white, though endpapers show tanning. Former owner's bookplate inside front cover. Slightly bumped corners, rubbing to extremities & a tad of fraying both ends of spine.
